Exchanges & Returns Policy

Returns within 30 days. We strive to make everything as hassle-free as possible. Returns are no exception! To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. After the return, we will refund the product itself; please allow up to 14 days. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable.  

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Without prejudice to the above, if the order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase

Products eligible for return 
We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Return method
Returns are processed by mail. After submitting your return request, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

Restocking fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.

Received a defective or damaged item?
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@casalumiere.eu with photos of the defect/damage. We will get to work for you and provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement item. If you do not want a replacement item but wish to return it, you remain responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund
Refunds are processed in the currency in which the original payment was made:

• Orders paid in Euros (EUR) will be refunded in Euros (EUR)
  

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Would you like to return a product? Please send an email with your order number to our customer service within 30 days info@casalumiere.eu. You will then receive instructions for the return shipment.
